1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContactSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ContactSnap provides contact management and digitization services. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials
  • One account per user

4. Payment Terms

Service Credits

  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Credits are consumed upon feature usage
  • Pricing subject to change with notice

Subscriptions

  • Auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Circumvent payment controls

5.1 Fair Usage Policy & Token System

ContactSnap operates under a fair usage policy to ensure equitable service access for all users. Fair usage limits are designed to prevent abuse while accommodating normal business usage patterns. The platform uses a token system for tracking feature usage and consumption.

Monthly Scan Limits (Fair Usage)

  • Lite Plan: Maximum 1,000 contact scans per month
  • Pro Plan: Maximum 2,000 contact scans per month
  • Free Plan: 10 monthly scans (sufficient for personal use)
  • Usage beyond limits may result in service throttling or suspension
  • Excessive patterns may be reviewed by support team

Token Costs by Feature

Additional features beyond scanning consume tokens from user accounts or company pools:

  • Business Card Scan: 3 tokens per scan
  • Save Contact: 1 token per contact
  • Basic Enrichment: 5 tokens (free for Pro plan users)
  • Full Enrichment: 15 tokens
  • Follow-up Message Generation: 5 tokens (free for Pro plan users)
  • WhatsApp Message Send: 2 tokens
  • Email Send: 5 tokens

Plan-Based Feature Access

  • Free Plan: 10 monthly scans, token-based access to enrichment and communication features
  • Lite Plan: 1,000 monthly scans, requires tokens for enrichment and follow-up features
  • Pro Plan: 2,000 monthly scans, free basic enrichment and follow-up message generation, token cost for full enrichment
  • Web Dashboard: Free access for both Lite and Pro plan users

Company Token Pools (For Employees)

  • Employees use company token pools managed by company administrators
  • Administrators can set monthly quotas and usage limits per employee
  • Company billing tracks aggregated token consumption across all employees

Enforcement & Appeals

  • Usage is monitored to detect patterns indicative of abuse or circumvention
  • Accounts found in violation of fair usage policies may be throttled, suspended, or terminated
  • Users will be notified of excessive usage before action is taken
  • Appeals can be submitted to support@contactsnap.pro

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of all platform technology, branding, and design.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved informally. If unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
